Febos Srl was founded to develop the new SISLEY® footwear
international master licence project.
2001
Acquisition of the TOMMY HILFIGER® footwear distribution
licence in Italy.
2009
The Italian distribution of the NAPAPIJRI® footwear brand
added to the brands portfolio.
2017
Aqua Alta project jointed Febos for special collabs. Co-ownership of the brand and international master distribution.
2018
The subsidiary company Bridge SRL was merged by incorporation.
Bridge brought Blauer® USA European exclusive footwear licence (acquired in 2013), APEPAZZA® (2013) and BePositive® (2015) master licences on board.
2018
Napapijri®’s distribution licence extends to international
countries for spring/summer 2019, expanding exclusivity to
include development of design and collections.
2020
Acquisition of the Blauer Accessories European licence.
2024
Acquisition of the COPENHAGEN STUDIOS footwear distribution licence in Italy.
2026
The international footwear & accessories REFRIGIWEAR licence and the international footwear SAVE THE DUCK licence have been added to the brand portfolio.
